How long will my order take?
Most pieces are made to order in small batches. In-stock objects ship within 3–5 business days; furniture takes 4–8 weeks depending on the piece. The lead time is listed on every product page, and we confirm it by email when you order.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Yes. We ship internationally with insured freight partners. Send us your delivery city and the pieces you are considering and we will prepare a shipping quote before you commit.
What is your returns policy?
Stocked objects can be returned within 14 days of delivery in their original condition. Made-to-order furniture is final sale, but if something arrives damaged or is not as described, we will repair or replace it. Please inspect deliveries within 48 hours.
Can I visit the studio?
Of course. The studio on Basin Street is open by appointment, Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm. Book a time through this page and bring your floor plan, a paint chip, or simply yourself.
Do you work with interior designers and architects?
Yes — our trade programme includes trade pricing, sample loans, bespoke sizes and finish development. Write to us with your project and we will set up a trade account.
